How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within 2 to 4 business days depending on your plan and how quickly we receive your intake information. Starter plans typically take 2 to 3 business days. Plus and Custom plans may take a bit longer depending on complexity.
Do I need technical skills to use Botafide AI?
Nope. We handle the setup, training, and integration during white glove onboarding. You approve the final version and go live. No tech degree required.

How much does Botafide AI cost?
We offer three plans:
Starter Plan: $247 per month with 100 conversations included
Plus Plan: $397 per month with 450 conversations included (our most popular plan)

What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one completed interaction with a caller or visitor, no matter which channel they use or how long it lasts. One phone call, one web chat session, one SMS thread, or one email exchange counts as a single conversation. No per minute charges.
What happens if I go over my included conversations?
If you exceed your plan limit, overages are billed at the rate shown in your plan. Starter overages are $0.50 each. Plus overages are $0.25 each. Your service stays live and you can decide later if you want to upgrade.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hassles. We do not lock you into long term contracts.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards through Stripe. Billing is simple and transparent with no hidden fees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime based on your business needs.

Can I get a local phone number?
Absolutely. We can provide a dedicated local business number for your area during setup.
Can I customize what Nova asks callers?
Yes. You can set up custom questions to qualify leads, collect information, and route callers based on their needs. We help you build this during onboarding.
Can Nova book appointments?

Does Botafide AI include a CRM?

Yes. Our referral program pays you 20% lifetime commission on every customer you refer. As long as they remain a paying customer, you get paid every month.
How much can I earn per referral?
If you refer someone to the Plus Plan at $397 per month, you earn $79.40 per month for as long as they stay subscribed. That is $952.80 per year per referral with no cap on how many people you can refer.
How do I get my referral link?
Sign up for the referral program on our referral program page and you will get your custom referral link and access to all the marketing tools you need.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
Nope. The more you refer, the more you earn. There is no cap on referrals or commissions.
What tools do I get as a referral partner?
