Can I customize what Nova asks?

Totally! You can set up your own list of questions—keep it short and sweet (under 10 is best)—and even add logic like, “Only ask about AC units if they want installation.” Smart, right?

Can Nova book appointments?
Yes! You can link your calendar (like Calendly) and Nova will handle the scheduling for you. Prefer to follow up yourself? Nova can just collect preferred times and let you handle it.

Does Nova speak other languages?
Absolutely. Nova can chat, email, and text in over 50 languages. For phone calls, Nova supports 20+ languages—though you’ll pick one language per line for now.
Can I get a local phone number?
Yes! After signing up, you can pick a local number for your area from your phone settings.
Can I get a custom email address?
Of course. You can create a new one inside your email settings and even use your own domain if you like. (We can help if you get stuck.)
Does Nova do texting too?
Yes! Nova uses the same number as voice calls. WhatsApp support is on the roadmap—but no official ETA yet.
How will I know when someone contacts me?
You can choose notifications by text, email, or WhatsApp. You decide. Nova delivers.
What if I update my website?
Just re-save your website URL in settings and Nova will sync to the new info. No tech skills needed.
Is there a CRM built in?

What happens after the trial?

Can I extend the trial?

Is there a contract?

How do I pay?
