Botafide Inc. Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the affiliate program (“Program”) offered by Botafide Inc., a Florida Corporation (“we”, “our”, or “Botafide”). By joining the Program, you agree to these terms.
2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on the monthly subscription fee for each referred customer, unless a different agreement is made in writing.

The current subscription price is $397/month, resulting in a standard commission of $79.40/month per referral.

Commission payments continue for up to 12 months per referred customer, unless a different agreement is made in writing.

Custom or negotiated rates may apply in certain cases.
3. Discounts & Coupon Adjustments

If a coupon code or promotional discount is applied, the affiliate commission will be based on the discounted price, not the full $397.

Example: If a 10% discount is applied, the new price becomes $357.30. Your 20% commission would then be calculated from that amount.
4. Cookie Duration & Tracking

The Program uses a 60-day cookie window.

You will receive credit for any purchases made within 60 days of your referral link being clicked, as long as the user hasn’t cleared their cookies or clicked another affiliate’s link.
5. Payout Terms

Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on a Net 30 basis.

Minimum Threshold: A $100 minimum payout is required. Earnings under this amount will roll over to the next month.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Payouts are processed via PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, etc..
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
By participating in the Program, you agree to:

Represent Botafide honestly and ethically

Comply with all FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., “This is a paid referral link”)

Only use approved assets and branding
-
Not make any false claims, unsupported earnings promises, or misleading representations
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

Spamming, including unsolicited DMs, emails, or bulk messages

Cookie stuffing or deceptive redirection

Bidding on Botafide-branded keywords in search ads

Impersonating Botafide or pretending to represent the company

Promoting Botafide on coupon/deal sites without written permission

Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior
8. Termination Policy
Botafide Inc. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at any time, with or without cause.
Grounds for termination include (but are not limited to):

Violation of these terms

Use of unethical marketing practices

Inactivity for 6 consecutive months

Behavior that damages the Botafide brand or misleads customers
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through any prohibited activity.
9. Modification of Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued participation in the Program implies acceptance of any updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
Botafide Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Program.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
